while you are holding an open house,

Jones Realty, and as you can see,
I'm holding an open house here today
from 10:00 AM til 1:00 PM. I sure hope
you'll stop in and take a walk around.
This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath ranch style
home is packed with features sure to
please. There's great
........(etc.)
I could go on and on about this home
-- but there's no need, because you
can stroll through right now. I'd just
love for you to see and appreciate
this great place. After all, it may be
the home of your dreams!
Again, my name is Mary Jones. As the
listing agent, I'm an expert on this
home, so if you have any
questions while you walk through,
please be sure to ask. I also have a
data sheet you are welcome to take
with you.
Of course, when this open house is
over, I'll be returning this
message to a full description of the
property. If you know anyone who might
be interested, be sure to tell them to
stop by any time and listen.

Note:
You may want to use a second
Broadcaster with your open house
message for the 2-3 hours of the
open house. Then just plug in the
original machine afterward, so you
don't have to re-record your full
house message.
And I strongly suggest you put up 2-5
Talking House Yard signs and lots of
directional signs just for that day,
to really grab people!
