Sample Script 1
Hello, I'm the house at 12611 NE 94th Way in Kirkland. I'm only seven years since new and have been lovingly cared for by my original owners. If I do say so myself, I'm really special... I have an eat-in kitchen plus a formal dining room. You'll be amazed at my storage space and I have closets in every room. I'm really a very nice family home and must be seen to be appreciated.

If you commute to town, pick the best bridge for the hour - they are both handy? If you are going to fly - Seatac is only half an hour. And - if you get an uncontrollable urge to do some serious shopping, Bellevue Square is very close as are the shops, movie theaters and restaurants at Factoria, Crossroads and Overlake.
